Does it leak tiny amount of carcinogenic fumes when heated for hours on end by the hot Indian sun ?

unfortunately the froogy doesn't know what the froogy is. you have to see for yourself.

As long as its not burning & smoking, it should be fine...I am sure.
And its not just the tar in the ciggies, really.
