rich get richer, poor get poorer

them that has gets

positive feedback loops ,once setup, take care of themselves , growing until they dominate

governments ostensibly exist to take from the rich and give to 'society', but 'society' iteratively redraws itself into groups that leave out the poorer every time

only thing is, the no-accounting-for-taste concept

couldn't we setup a game where the top plays the game to move resources to the bottom in a way that is satisfying for the top ? like, an incentive that is not profit ,but is powerful enough ? like poetry praise and encomium
