Chronological Rebirth Backstop (CBR) has sprung a leak

Souls are taking rebirth in eras which have been inhabited their previous lives ....

This is causing unwanted seepage , pollution by collusion , and no end of ruined storylines

Chronological Incident Response teams have been working overtime - sanitising what they could, to salvage the timelines,   Investigative has been pulling cartloads of reports trying to root-cause the leak,  but VarGen has had a field day, calling out patterns (none in the agency-future though) as they happen.

Akashic Records have a double audit lock and so movement of info is very slow now, and so have the time-wheels.

The Manifestation Engine too has been double-locked as well, but the Simulation Master has been switched off for the first time in the history of the agency, as long a I've been an agent
