good question. was going to say no. wiki says otherwise. jupiter is zeus, mars is ares, neptune poseidon. the religions merged when the romans conquered the greeks in 2 BC.
ReplyDeletethe man on my portrait is kratos. he battles ceberus, visits hades, takes on hydras, finally kills ares and generally kicks ass. the traveller needs to pass by the epitaph and play god of war (ps2).
yeah, Cryptonomicon mentions that minerva and athena are very very similiar godesses..
