It looks like it has it been drinking? possibly like a fish? Are fish happy when drunk? How would they drink if they want to? Fate has been cruel to them. Thay can have only water - with or without salt. Part of some gussi dish eh. Will explain the blood. Bob been put-shot-ing all weekend?

This is SO not just triangles and circles! It does look happily drunk... I actually kinda like it.
