Was thinking of behaviour and patterns . then it boiled down to people do things differently in different interactions oh wait, that's a _transaction_ okay that means we're back to transactional analysis. apparently this was started by eric berne ( wrote 'games people play' ) and thomas harris apparently watered it down and brought it to 'pop' level.
Adult(tm) behaviour requires ego-lessness. unless you make it a permanent feature of your personality(in which case you won't have regulars) your regulars will not like it and ask you to 'relax' and 'chill out'.
